Shrubs form the second tier of framework of a landscape setting, after trees. Shrubs provide an easy care backdrop for lower growing plants and also provide privacy and shelter. They come in a huge range of heights, textures, flowers – deciduous and evergreen.

Those of us fortunate enough to have a large property can select from a large range. Unfortunately, many of today’s sections are very small with little room which confines selection to shrubs under three metres.
